Today I made baked potatoes and they turned out well, I used Alton Brown's prescribed method. They were good, but not great. Great would be if I had baked a beartato.
Just kidding, I love Beartato. If I had to eat him though, I would do him the honor of making him into some extravagant potato dish like gnocci or something.
